发明名称 METHOD FOR RECOVERING WASTE HEAT IN SINTERING INSTALLATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively utilize recovered waste heat for a process by subjecting sintered ore of a high temp. to a heat exchange with cold air to make hot the cold air, introducing the hot air into a waste heat boiler, converting the same to steam, blowing the steam into a bed and utilizing the same for preheating of raw material. CONSTITUTION:The sintered ore of the high temp. discharged from a sintering machine 1 is subjected to the heat exchange with the cold air fed into a dry type cooler 4. The resultant hot air is fed to the waste heat boiler 8, by which the cold water is converted to the steam. The steam is introduced into a exhauster driving turbine 11. The high-temp. waste gas of the machine 1 is introduced into a waste heat boiler 14 and is subjected to the heat exchange. The gas is then fed into a flue 15. The cold water is fed to the boiler 14 and is subjected to the heat exchange. The steam is introduced into the middle stage of the turbine 11. The steam is extracted after driving the turbine 11 and is blown onto the bed of the machine 1. The steam is fed to a pelletizing installation 17 for the sintering raw material and is used for preheating the raw material.
