PURPOSE:To provide optimum ventilation and burn safely by providing a shutter plate swingably between an exhaust gas inflow port and an exhaust gas discharging port. CONSTITUTION:The automatic ventilation regulator 1 is located above the main body 2 of a stove and constituted of a heat exchanger 3. The heat exchanger 3 is equipped with the inflow port 3D of exhaust gas into a funnel and the discharging port 3E of exhaust gas from the stove while the swingable shutter plate 4 is located between these two ports. A horizontal rotary shaft 4A is equipped in a horizontal ventilating path 3F and supports the shutter plate 4 pivotably, however, the shutter plate 4 is inclined normally as shown by one-dot chain line and the path 3F is communicated with atmosphere. When a sudden gast of wind comes, the shutter plate is pivoted and precludes the strong wind at a position shown by a full line. Further, the shutter plate 4 is provided with a venting hole or notch to keep the supply of air under precluding the strong wind also.
