PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cream storable at room temperature and convenient for transportation, etc., by emulsifying water and oil with an emulsifier, spray-drying the emulsion, and granulating with an aqueous solution of a specific sucrose fatty acid ester. CONSTITUTION:Water and an oil such as hardened soybean oil are emulsified with an emulsifier such as a monoglyceride. The emulsion is spray-dried e.g. with an atomizer and the obtained fine powder is granulated with an aqueous solution of a sucrose fatty acid ester having an HLB of >=10 to obtain the objective cream.
