<p>PURPOSE:To automate the end processing of a coil by winding a cylindrical coil on a bobbin by a winding machine of a flier and an index, and laminating fixedly on a circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A flier 6 is traversed with a rotor 7 to wind a wire 1 on a bobbin while the bobbin is temporarily stopped at the position 12-1 of an indexing unit 10 divided by six. Then, the wire 1 is extended in a spider web shape like A, B lines at the position 12-2 so that the angle of the A, B lines becomes 120 deg.. A bonding agent 15' is coated on the vicinity of the crossing point 15, and thermally solidified at the position 12-3. The wire 1 is cut at two positions by a cutter 18 through the positions 12-4 and 12-5, and the bobbin is removed. A coil unit 22 restricted at the ends (a) and (b) by coiling is laminated fixedly on a circuit board 20, and the extensions of the ends (a) and (b) are connected by soldering on a pad 21 near the intermediate.</p> |
