PURPOSE:To prevent a guide roller from being separated from a pin with no particular device provided by allowing the guide roller to be fitted into the pin overcoming the elasticity of projections of the roller so as to permit the projections to be positioned to a small diameter section of the pin. CONSTITUTION:A pin is installed on a slide door hinge 10 so as to be normal to the hinge. And the pin 12 is fitted into a guide roller 13. In this case, the pin 12 is composed of a stud section 12a, a flange 12b, and of a shaft section 12c that includes a small diameter section 12d. On the other hand, numbers of projections 13b are formed on the inner circumferential surface of a shaft through hole 13a of the guide roller 13 as an integral part to face to the small diameter section 12d. The shaft section 12c of the pin 12 is fitted into the guide roller 13 overcoming the elastic force of the projections 13b. And the assembly work is processed until the projections 13b reaches the small diameter section 12d of the pin 12. This configuration enables the guide roller 13 to be supported rotatably by the pin 12 allowing a space between the small diameter section 12d of the pin 12 and the shaft through hole 13a to form a grease sump.
