PURPOSE:To mold various kinds of box bodies, having the same configuration, size and the like, by one metallic mold by a method wherein a part of molding mold is constituted of a detachable block and the block corresponding to the kind of box body is attached to the mold to effect the molding of the same box body. CONSTITUTION:In case the blocks 6, 7 are attached to the top force 3 and the bottom force 4 respectively, a cavity 12, defined in the mold 5, is the configuration of the box body for 103-type main device and, accordingly, the box body 1 of the 103-type device may be molded when resin is introduced into the cavity 12 from a gate 18 and molding is effected. On the other hand, in case the mold 5 is removed from plattens 1, 2 or the like and, thereafter, the blocks 6, 7 are removed by loosening screws 9, 11 while the blocks 6A, 7A are attached to the top force 3 and the bottom force 4 respectively instead of the blocks 6, 7, the cavity 12A, defined in the mold 5, is changed to the configuration of the box body of 308-type main device. Therefore, resin is introduced into the cavity 12A through the gate 18 to mold the box body of the 308-type main device. |
