YOKE CORE FOR PRINTER HEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase an attracting force to attract a moving object and control heat generation by increasing the magnetic flux density of an attraction section and the specific resistance value of a yoke respectively. CONSTITUTION:The whole core is formed with a sintered metal consisting of a magnetic alloy of the same composition, and the sintering density of an attraction section 1A is higher than that of a yoke 1B. An alloy containing 1-10wt% of silicon and the rest which is substantially iron is used as a sintered metal so that excellent magnetic characteristics are obtained. The density of the attraction section 1A is 7.0g/cm<3> or more and that of the yoke 1B 7.4g/cm<3> or less. Thus the density of the attraction section 1A is higher than the yoke 1B by 0.1g/cm<3> or more. The magnetic flux density of the attration section 1A of a yoke core can be increased by increasing the density of said attration section 1A. The specific resistance of the yoke 1B can be increased by decreasing the density of said yoke 1B and also the generated heat of the yoke 1B is reduced.
