PURPOSE:To automatically load ring-shaped articles, with a corrugated cardboard therebetween by holding and moving ring-shaped articles and a corrugated cardboard interposed therebetween horizontally and vertically. CONSTITUTION:A holding mechanism 5 for ring-shaped articles A and a holding mechanism 7 for a ring-shaped corrugated cardboard B are moved horizontally and vertically by operation of an air cylinder. The article A temporarily placed on a holder 45 is positioned at the central portion of the holder 45 by a positioning plate 46, and the holder is lowered until it is brought into contact with the upper portion of the article A to insert a ring member in the central hole of the article A. The diameter of the ring member is increased to hold the article A. Secondly, the cylinder is operated to lift up the mechanism 5 holding the article A, and the mechanism is moved together with a truck 9 to a loading position Z1 by a cylinder 14. One corrugated cardboard B placed on a corrugated cardboard stacking position Z3 is held by the holding mechanism 7, which is turned by cylinders 35, 36 to position at the position Z1 to stack the corrugated cardboard.
