发明名称 CONSTANT ARC LENGTH CONTROL METHOD IN PULSE ARC WELDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the constant arc length control in low current period and to increase the welding quality by controlling the position of welding electrodes with the arithmetic processing of the differential voltage between the arc voltage in high current period and the arc voltage in low current period. CONSTITUTION:Arc voltage Vp is compared with the reference arc voltage in pulse current period and in base current period, the difference between the arc voltage Vph detected and stored in pulse current period and the arc voltage Vbh detected and stored in the base current period is added 15 to the arc voltage in the base current period and the corresponding pulse arc voltage is made. By comparing it with the reference arc voltage, the electrodes position is controlled in both current periods of the pulse current period and base current period. Even therefore in case of the welding face of a welding base metal 4 being inclined, the moving of a welding torch 3 in stepping shape is prevented. It is moved drawing a linear locus along the welding base metal 4 and the welding quality is increased.
