PURPOSE:The titled remedy for skin administration containing ubidecarenone. CONSTITUTION:A remedy for decubitus containing 0.05-5.0wt%, preferably 0.1-2.0wt% ubidecarenone (extracted from mitochondria of bovine cardiac muscle; 48-52 deg.C melting point; yellow orange crystalline powder; fat-soluble; slightly soluble in water and methanol; remedy which has been used for congestive heat failure is used) and optionally another drug (e.g., cytochrome C, urokinase, etc.). A proper amount of the remedy is applied depending upon the size and the progress of decubitus part. Ubidecarenone has improved stability in skin administration and low irritation to the skin.
