PURPOSE:To decrease the communicating traffic and to increase the working efficiency of the titled equipment by being provided with a function to accumulate plural printing data and form data and a function to require necessary form data to a host computer. CONSTITUTION:An operation control part 7, to prepare the form data necessary to printing data at a form data accumulating part 5 beforehand, investigates successively only the necessary and minimum number of printing data stored in a printing data accumulating part 2 in accordance with the sequence outputted, and when the part detects that the form data necessary to the printing data don not exist at the accumulating part 5, and then, the part investigates whether or not the accumulating part 5 has a room to store the new form data, and when it has the room, it requires the form data to a host computer. When it does not have the room, it abolishes one of the form data with minimum using probability which is not used at the printing data printed earlier than the printing data, and the necessary form data are required to the host computer. When the form data are sent from the host computer, the form data are stored in the accumulating part 5.
