PURPOSE:To discover a faulty point on the program of the target system and to make clear a faulty place by storing the signal from the sub-probe to a logic sampling memory, and displaying the phase time chart on the CRT. CONSTITUTION:Into the logic sampling memory 6, eight signals (unlimited) and a target machine enable (TME) signal are introduced. The memory 6 successively stores and samples these nine signal waveform levels by a certain timing. Thereafter, under the control of a host CPU 7, the data of nine signal waveforms stored in the memory 6 are displayed on a CRT 8. Thus, the microprocessor analyzer can observe in what relation the signal condition of respective parts in a target system 1 is while a TME signal pulse is active. |
