PURPOSE:To improve reliability on control of a flow rate, by a method wherein, in a title fuel gas system using multiple fuel, a heat generating amount of fuel gas is detected, and in case there is a low heat generating amount, the fuel gas system is switched to a fuel feed system on the low flow rate side, and if a high heat generating amount, it is switched to a fuel feed system on the high flow rate side. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating amount detector 11, a switching valve 10, pressure regulating valves 1, flow rate control valves 2, and fuel gas manifolds 7 of 2 system rows, and a fuel nozzle 8 having two orifices different in size are located on a fuel gas feed system. In case mixture gas of gas C and gas D is used as the fuel gas, in a first system A, the fuel gas is set controllably in the range of the gas C of 100-50% and the gas D of 0-50%, and in a second system B, it is set controllably in a range of the gas C of 0-50% and the gas D of 50-100%. In case a heat generating amount detected by the heat generating detector 11 is low, the first system A is selectively switched by the switching valve 10, and in case high, the second system B is selectively switched by the switching valve 10.
