PURPOSE:To obtain the panel of good quality and advantageous in handling by performing the restrike of a frame part with squashing the volume subjected to bending and by forming an open part with punching after forming the bent volume close to the inner peripheral part of the frame part for open part. CONSTITUTION:A volume V is formed close to the frame part 2a of the scrap part 2d which is punched afterward at the inner side of the frame part 2a in case of forming with drawing the panel having an opening part for instance the frame part 2a for opening part of a rear fender 2. A curved corner part C is subjected to a finishing formation nearly in right angled shape with squashing the volume V between the punch 4 and die 6 are restriking in case of subjecting this rear fender 2 to a restriking. The thickness equivalent to the volume V can be fed to the corner part C therefore and the generation of the crack, etc. of the frame part 2a can be prevented. The opening part is then formed by punching the scrap part 2d to obtain a product.
