PURPOSE:To attain telegram receiving job without intervention of other person by providing a telegram receiving machine fetching a telegram text, calculating its charge and displaying the charge and sending the telegram text to a telephone station after the reception of the charge is confirmed to a place selected properly among public. CONSTITUTION:When a telegram text is inputted by the operation of a full keyboard 1, the telegram text is displayed on a character display at each key operation. In depressing a confirmation end button 5 at the end of generation of the telegram text, a CPU 10 operates a charge corresponding to the telegram text and displays the charge on the display device 4. In loading a card to a card insertion inlet 3 or depositing a coin to a coin deposition inlet 2, a card reader 7 or a coin detector 8 detects it and displays it to the display device 4 for the depression of a telegram text start button 6. When the button 6 is depressed, the CPU 10 sends the telegram text to a telephone station 14 via a MODEM 13 and the station 14 receives the telegram. |
