PURPOSE:To well take stationary balance, by respectively rotating and vibrating first and second reflective mirrors around an x-axis and a y-axis vertical to each other. CONSTITUTION:An optical axis 9, a first drive apparatus 10, an x-axis 11, a second drive apparatus 12 and a y-axis 13 are provided and an optical system is constituted of a dome 1, a first reflective mirror 2 and a second reflective mirror 3 and a detector 4 is arranged at the focal position of the optical system. The apparatus 10 passes the intersecting point of the reflective surface of the reflective mirror 2 and the optical axis 9 and has function capable of rotating and vibrating the reflective mirror 2 around the x-axis 11 vertical to the optical axis 9 and present in the direction vertical to the surface of paper. The apparatus 12 passes the intersecting point of the reflective surface of the reflective mirror 3 and the optical axis 9 and has function capable of rotating and vibrating the reflective mirror 3 around the y-axis 13 vertical to the optical axis 9 and present within the surface of paper. Further, the shapes of the reflective mirror 2, 3 are respectively symmetric to the x-axis 11 and the y-axis 13. Therefore, stationary balance to the x-axis 11 and the y-axis can be made well.
