PURPOSE:To reduce a magnetic leakage by coating the outer periphery of a permanent magnet with a sleeve, impregnating it with varnish, and thermally curing it, thereby improving the working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of permanent magnets 3 are bonded via a bonding agent 2 on the outer periphery of a shaft yoke 1 which also becomes a magnetic circuit. Then, a sleeve 3 woven with glass fiber in a cylindrical shape is fitted to the outer periphery of the magnets 3, the both ends of the sleeve 4 are elontaged in the both axial end direction of the yoke 1 to reduce the bore of the sleeve 4. Thus, the sleeve 4 is contacted with the outer periphery of the permanent magnet 3, varnish is impregnated in this state, thermally cured and secured. In this manner, the magnets 4 can be rigidly fastened to the shaft yoke 1. |
