PURPOSE:To change the sound volume and tone color in an incoming call auto matically, stepwise or continuously by setting optionally externally the power fed to a speaker and the oscillating frequency of a tone ringer circuit in advance and controlling it timewise. CONSTITUTION:Input terminals L1, L2 are connected to a talking circuit 2 through a dial transmission circuit 1, the input terminals L1, L2 and an arranging circuit 5 are connected and connected to a speaker 7 through a tone ringer circuit 6. Further, an incoming detection circuit 10 detecting a call signal from the input terminals L1, L2, an oscillating circuit 11 generating a signal while keeping the incoming, a counter circuit 12 counting the oscillating signal, a control circuit 13 receiving the output signal from the counter circuit 12 to control the oscillating frequency and output of the tone ringer circuit 6, a reset circuit 14 resetting the counter circuit 12 and the control circuit 13 and a power supply circuit 9 applying power to each circuit are provided. Further, the com mercial power supply is rectified in place of the power supply circuit 9 to supply the power.
