PURPOSE:To obtain an expanded flow without almost increasing a resistance with respect to the flow by providing a pair of opposite expanded walls in the vicinity of the outlet of a fluid passage, and providing a pair of direction control vanes in the vicinities of the walls to direct the downstream side slightly outwardly. CONSTITUTION:In the blow-off port of a hot air space heater or a blower, a pair of outwardly expanding walls 7 and 7 are provided in the vicinity of the outlet of a fluid passage 6, and a pair of direction control vanes 9 and 9 having rotary shafts 8 and 8 are provided in the vicinities of the walls 7 and 7. An outward deflection angle thetaF of a fluid is not determined by the angle of direction control vanes 9 and 9 but is substantially determined by the divergent angle of the outward expanding walls 7 and 7, and direction vanes 9 and 9 create changes for the adherence of the flow to the outward expanding walls 7 and 7. Accordingly, it is made possible to obtain a large divergent angle determined by the substantially outwardly expanding walls by suppressing the angle thetaW of the direction control vanes 9 and 9 to a small value while suppressing the resistance with respect to a fluid to a small value.
