PURPOSE:To make it possible to make the height of the titled complex head equal to that of a single header and further to simplify the structure thereof by projecting a plurality of first pope portions along the main body of a first header in a fluid circulating mat, also projecting a plurality of second pipe portions extending along the main body of a second header through the main body of the first header, and fitting the first and second pipe portions into fluid passages. CONSTITUTION:A fluid circulating mat is constituted by mounting a complex header 2 on the end surface of a main mat body 1, and a heat medium fluid is circulated through the complex header 2. The quantity of the main mat body 1 is a rubber-like elastic plate member, and a plurality of fluid passages 3 penetrating vertically are formed in the inner part thereof. On the other hand, the complex header 2 is provided with a plurality of pipe portions 5A and 5B of two main header bodies 4A and 4B, and has a structure wherein these pipe portions are integrally assembled. Header chambers 6A and 6B in which the pipe portion 5A and 5B are opened are formed in the inner parts of the main header bodies 4A and 4B.
