Oxo-quinazoline-(thiono)-phosphoric(phosphonic) acid esters and ester-amides of the general formula <IMAGE> (I) in which R represents an optionally substituted alkyl radical, R1 denotes an optionally substituted alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylamino, dialkylamino or aryl radical, R2 represents an optionally substituted alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylamino or dialkylamino radical and R3 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom and X represents an oxygen or sulphur atom, which possess arthropodicidal activity.
