DETECTOR FOR FUSED SOLDER LEVEL

PURPOSE:To detect a level of fused solder with good accuracy by providing a fence around a float floated on the fused solder. CONSTITUTION:The float 5 is floated in the state enclosed by the fence 4 on the fused solder 11 in a solder vessel 1 and ascends and descends with the level 3 of the fused solder and when the level 3 of the fused solder exceeds the prescribed lowest limit, a float cap 7 actuates a photoelectric switch 10 fixed on a frame 9. An oxide produced by suing the solder vessel 1 for a long time is blocked by the fence 4 provided around the float 5 and not stuck to the float 5 enabling the ascending and descending action of the float 5 to be stabilized and the level 3 of the fused solder can be detected with good accuracy.
