PURPOSE:The titled oral preparation advantageously usable as an oral drug, having stability even after long-period preservation, increased absorption from digestive organ, providing high blood concentration, comprising an inclusion compound of a mobenzoxamine and cyclodextrin in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:Preferably an inclusion compound of mobenzoxamine {=1-[2-(4- methoxybenzhydryloxy)ethyl]-4-[3-(4-fluorobenzoyl)propyl]piperazine} which has improved antinauseant action and antispasmodic action, but is unstable or its salt and most preferably beta-cyclodextrin in a molar ratio of 1:1-1:4. The inclusion compound is produced by a saturated solution method wherein mobenzoxamine or its salt is added to a saturated aqueous solution of cyclodextrin or a method wherein cyclodextrin is kneaded with mobenzoxamine or its salt or its alcohol solution and a relatively small amount of water. |
