PURPOSE:To enable the loading efficiency to be augmented by piling up cargoes in order of their base areas in forming each of cargo groups allowing these groups to be arranged to the direction of the width of a container where they can be combined not to exceed the weight and dimensional limits placed, in a loading system for cargoes which are different in dimension and weight as referred to the title. CONSTITUTION:A computer reads the length Xi, the width Yi, the height Zi, and the weight Wi of each Ii of cargoes. This permits the base area Si of each cargo Ii to be computed allowing cargoes to be arranged again in order of size. Then, a block B of cargoes is formed in such a way that cargoes are piled up as much as possible not to exceed the height of a container in order of the size of their base areas where the cargo Ii with the maximum base area is placed at the lowermost position. And this block formation is accomplished of all cargoes. Subsequently, a cargo group G is formed in such a way that each Bi of cargo blocks is placed one after another in order of the base area until the width of the container is full of cargo blocks. And the group G formation is accomplished of all blocks B. And the combination of cargo groups Gi is determined in such a way that they can be placed not to exceed the length and weight limits placed by the container. This enables the loading efficiency to be augmented. |
