PURPOSE:To enable a great variety of synthetic copying to be easily accomplished by providing transfer means in plural rows which are capable of transferring originals independently or in combination with others to a light exposure section. CONSTITUTION:When additional information B and/or C are required to be changed after synthetic copying has been accomplished while A, B, and C have been transferred at one time and set on a platen by means of both a separation feeding means 44 and transfer rollers 5 and 8, a part of clutch groups 6 and 10 is selectively operated allowing both transfer belts 12, 22 and 32, which are supposed to be used for the transfer of the subject copy B and/or C, and the separation feeding means 44 to be rotated. This allows following new subject copy D and/or E to be brought to the platen permitting them to form a new set of the subject copy together with the subject copy A which has not been disposed at the time of the completion of the previous copying. This configuration enables a synthetic copying operation to be accomplished where partially common but different information is contained. |
