PURPOSE:To make a lock mechanism and a memory mechanism operatable without fail, by connecting a reclining device directly to the lock mechanism with a flexible wire through no aid of a relay mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Reclining devices 11 and 50 at the outside of a car body is connected directly to both slide rails 6 and 7 at the center side of the car body with an inner wire 48. And, a tip part of an arm, where double structural flexible wires 14, 15 and 37 are extendedly installed in a right-angled crossing direction with each longitudinal direction of these slide rails 6 and 7, is locked to an outer wire 41, and tensile force from these reclining devices 11 and 50 is made so as to be transmitted to the lock mechanism 8 combined with a memory mechanism in the right-angled crossing direction with the longitudinal direction of these slide rails 6 and 7. |
