Method for determining the permeability coefficient of porous formations in the subsoil by introducing a first bore down to the depth of the formation to be exploded, installing at least one soil deformation measuring instrument at a distance from the first bore, varying the pore pressure of the formation to be exploded in the region of the first bore, and measuring the deformations of the soil at the location of the soil deformation measuring instrument or instruments over time, it being possible for the soil deformation measuring instrument or instruments to be installed in a second bore or in one second bore each, and the second bore or second bores not reaching the depth of the first bore.
