In a device for testing electronic circuits, particularly circuit boards 1, in which these boards can be placed in a vacuum-tight manner on an assembly plate 2 and in which a contact plate 3 is arranged in parallel with this assembly plate and both plates 2, 3 are carried movably relative to one another and a vacuum space 4 is provided between both plates 2, 3, the assembly plate 2 and the contact plate 3, provided with edge seals 5, are to be constructionally combined to form a piston-like exchange unit 7 which can be pulled out of a frame 6 to provide better interchangeability of the contact plate 3 and to protect it during storage. <IMAGE>
