PURPOSE:To make the dispersion stability and the rise of the sizing performance excellent by incorporating a specified cationic surface-active agent, a water soluble copolymer of a cationic monomer and a nonionic monomer and a water nonsoluble substance. CONSTITUTION:A water soluble copolymer is prepared by using a cationic surface-active agent A having 4-28C hydrocarbon group and a functional group capable of polymerization, a cationic monomer B capable of copolymerization and a nonionic monomer C capable of copolymerization. An aqueous dispersion liquid is prepared by incorporating a water insoluble substance to this water soluble copolymer. As the ratio of each component of the above-mentioned water soluble copolymer, about 1-15 mol% A, about 10-70 mol% B and about 10-70 mol% C are preferable. Also as the water insoluble substance, ketone dimer is preferable and <=5mu particle size is generally preferable. |
