PURPOSE:To pull out and insert a tie bar without touching the electric system of a sensor with a hand at all by leaving the sensor on a bracket side when the tie bar is pulled out. CONSTITUTION:A stepped hole 12 is bored in an end part of the pull-out tie bar inserted into a fixed die plate 30 and an indication rod 17 is inserted loosely into the tie bar. An adapter 13 and a holder 15 are provided to the opening part of the hole 12, a case 22 which contains the sensor 21 is fitted at the right- hand side of the holder 15, and those are brought into contact with each other elastically by springs 20 and 26. Then, the extent of elongation of the die bar 11 corresponding to die clamping force is detected by the sensor 21 electrically. Consequently, when the tie bar 11 is pulled out for die replacement, etc., the sensor 21 is left at the side of the bracket 24. Consequently, the tie bar is replaceable without touching the electric system. |
