PURPOSE:To obtain a small size and wide visible part by superposing a reflecting plate layer on at lest the outside part of the visible region on the front surface of a panel thereby forming a titled panel. CONSTITUTION:The positive reflection type liquid crystal display panel is constituted of a front substrate 1, a rear substrate 2, the outside part 3 of the visible region, a front polarizing plate 4, a rear polarizing plate 5, a rear reflecting plate 6 and a reflecting film 7. The front polarizing plate 4 and the rear polarizing plate 5 are so disposed that the light absorption axes intersect orthogonally with each other. The visible part and the outside part of the visible region are observed in the similar state by such constituted and therefore the visible part can be utilized fully to the outside dimension in appearance. The liquid crystal display panel of the small size having the wide visible part is thus obtd. |
