PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to change a program in case of changing a function of a device, and to execute it by rewriting of a relation table, by storing all information related to a sequence and a method of processing of an inputted data, in the relation table. CONSTITUTION:A data which has been inputted from a data input means 1 is inputted to an input data analyzing means 20. The input data analyzing means 20 analyzes the input data and converts it to a command, this command is determined clearly in accordance with an input data signal, and the command which has been converted by the input data analyzing means 20 is inputted to a sub-module determining means 21. Also, in a relation table storing means 22, a relation table for showing a corresponding relation of the command and a sub-module group to be executed in accordance with the command is stored. The sub-module group in the relation table is coordinated so as to be executed in a prescribed sequence at every command.
