摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain quickly and easily a reaction record even with FCC consisting of residual oil and other heavy gravity hydrocarbons as the raw material by putting the raw material together with a catalyst into a vessel then heating up the material to the Curie point to effect the catalytic cracking reaction of the raw material. CONSTITUTION:Gaseous nitrogen is fed through a feed pipe 1 and a cock 2 to a sample pipe 31 of a cracking furnace 3. The resultant product of cracking of a sample 32 is fed to a column 4. The gas flowing out of the column 4 is fed through the cocks 2 and 5 to a molecular sieve 6. H2 and C1 are detected by a heat conductivity type detector 7. The cock 2 is changed over after detection of H2 to block the column 4 and to form lines 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. The molecular sieve 6 is properly heated up and C1 and C2 are analyzed by detectors 7 and 9. The cock 5 is then changed over to disconnect the detector 7 and to form lines 31, 4, 2, 5, 8, 9. The column is then heated up and the resultant product is analyzed. The column 4 flows out the gases in order of the b.p. The distillation characteristic of C<+>3 fraction is determined from the retention time of the peak area obtd. by the detector 9. As a result, the catalytic cracking reaction ends in a short period.
