PRESS PRODUCT WITH NUT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To caulk a standard hexagonal nut on a sheet metal with press formation by providing a cut part and stop part on the sheet metal. CONSTITUTION:The hole larger than the thread diameter is made to form a thread part on a sheet metal 15 by a cutting punch 16 in a piercing stage 12. The end face of a nut 18 is made a receiver by partial cutting stage 13 and the die 19 opposing thereto is provided. The die 19 makes its two sides cutting edges and other side the forming part going along the bolt shape and a cut part 20 is provided on the part opposing to the two sides of the bolt by the cut edge. A caulking part 23 is subjected to a main caulking on the sides excepting the two sides of the nut by a die 22 in a caulking stage 14 and the nut 18 and sheet metal 15 are fastened by the punch 25 for forming a stop part 24.
