PURPOSE:To eliminate the radial load applied to a sychronizing gear and to decrease the number of parts with a simple assembling procedure with a disk loading mechanism, by controlling the vertical position of a rack plate through a holding means and a folded part of a subchassis and then the horizontal position of the rack plate through a flange part of a roll and the subchassis respectively. CONSTITUTION:The roll plates 4 are at the inside of the right and left vertical parts of a subchassis 1, and the front and back rolls 4a of each plate 4 interlock in common with an L-shaped hole 1c of the subchassis 1 and a guide hole 2d of a rack plate 2. A flange part 4b is provided at the tip of the roll 4a with a diameter which is slightly smaller than the large diameter part of the hole 1c and larger than other areas of the hole 1c. Thus the horizontal position of the plate 2 is controlled by the part 4b. In an assembling mode the roll 4a of the plate 4 is put through the hole 1c of the subchassis 1 and then the part 4b is put through the large diameter part of the hole 2d. Then the plate 2 moves up to bend an elastic pawl 2a of the plate 2, and a folded part 1a of the subchassis 1 is held between a contact part 2c and a projected part 2b of the plate 2.
