PURPOSE:To change the air flow of a fan in five stages with a simple circuit by providing a combination circuit which combines two resistors which control a current to a fan motor and which have mutually different resistance values, in five ways, and changing the way of combination by the operation of a switch. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 2 consisting of two resistors RA, RB, and a combination circuit 5 which enables the resistors RA, RB to be connected in series, independently, inparallel, or bypassingly as shown by (a) to (e) in the figure, are connected to the circuit of a fan motor 1 which is connected to a power source (+). This combination circuit 5 is connected to a fan switch 3 having switching positions (1) to (5) corresponding to each circuit (a) to (e), and the switching of the circuit 5 can be carried out by shifting a fan lever 4 which is connected to earth. Thereby, the resistance value of the circuit 5 can be changed in five stages by shifting the fan lever 4 to each position of (1) to (5) of the fan switch 3 in order, to adjust the number of revolution of the fan motor 1, i.e., the air flow of the fan, in five stages. |
