PURPOSE:To make constant-speed driving controllable irrespective of an inclination of a driving road, by making each of surface inclined levels of the driving road discriminable so accurately and, according to this discriminated result, drawing up a desired throttle opening operational expression suitable for each surface inclined level. CONSTITUTION:When receiving a constant-speed driving command out of a constant-speed driving commanding device M1, a car speed V to be detected by a car speed detecting device M2 at that time is set by a setting device M3 as a desired car speed Vs. In addition, a surface inclined level is discriminated from a voice specifying the surface inclined level emitted out of a driver by a discriminating device M11 whereby driving resistance R is estimated out of the output and the desired car speed Vs by an estimating device M12. Next, from these data R and Vs aforesaid, the desired throttle opening S is set by a setting device M13, comparing it with the actual throttle opening Sp detected by an opening detecting device M5 by a judging device 14. And, according to output of the judging device M14, the opening of a throttle valve M9 is controlled by an actuator M8 via a driving device M7. |
