PURPOSE:To eliminate interference when all mobile stations respond simultaneously, by providing a response ensuring device comprising a random number generator constituted to ouput a setting code with a probability and operated by turning on a transmission switch. CONSTITUTION:In mounting and installing a radio equipment onto an automobile for example, a code of a group in the same company is preset to the response ensuring device 4 and supporse that the code is set as '3'. When a fixed station desired to cal any unspecified station among mobile stations 8a-8g, the set code '3' is used for calling. When the call is received by the mobile stations 8a-8g, the transmission switch 5 is turned on simultaneously in the mobile stations 8a-8g, the device 4 is operated and the own station is subject to self- diagnosis as a priority station. In such a case, the probability of the appearance of '3' is 1/7, and '3' is not shown from any station or plural stations have the code number '3', and the former is detected by a reception signal and the latter is discriminated as interference, then the process is tried again by turning on the switch 5 again.
