PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection between solar battery cells and to reduce the capacity at transporting time by disposing the cells on a surface perpendicular to an optical axis of light condensing elements, and providing a developing mechanism for elongating and contracting a distance between the cells and the elements. CONSTITUTION:A pantograph 5 for developing or contracting light condensing elements 4 at a distance corresponding to the focal distance in the optical axis direction is provided between a substrate 6 for mechanically holding solar battery cells 1 and the elements 4 using a Fresnel lens. The cells 1 are disposed on the surface perpendicular to the optical axis of the elements 4. A solar battery device is folded to sufficiently small size at transporting time, subjected to the first development by a spring, developing mask, developing boom to become a flat surface, and then subjected to the second development so that the distance between the cells 1 and the elements 4 by the pantograph 5 becomes a focal distance of the element 4. |
