A dried fish was treated with cobalt 60 gamma ray for longpreservation. Thus, a dried fish was packed in a polyethylene bag and appled to cobalt 60 gamma ray in a dosage of 0.7 - 10 KGY. Bacterial growth was not detected in the treated samples after 9 mon. of application. Also decomposition of dried fish component was not recognized.
