(c=1.0 in water); color reactions : positive to anisaldehyde-sulfuric acid, KMnO4, H2SO4, negative to ninhydrin, FeCl3. USE:Adenosine deaminase inhibitor. PREPARATION:A strain separated from soil (FERM P-7987) is cultured. |
