<p>PURPOSE:To separate and obtain a hydrated alcohol containing garlic extract insoluble in an oil, by adding edible oil to an alcoholic drink containing garlic immersed therein, and stirriang the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Garlic is immersed in an alcohol drink e.g. for 2-3 months. 10 kg of the garlic-containing drink is mixed with 4 kg of an edible oil, and stirred vigorously. The mixture is transferred to a transparent container, separated into layers, and the lower layer consisting of hydrated alcohol is separated to obtain the objective garlic liqueur.</p> |
