PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having excellent flexibility, shock resistance, solvent resistance and heat resistance and the like by compounding polyamide resin as an alkyl acrylate group elastomer and ferromagnetic body powder at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic powder is compound to a resin mixture of at least one kind of a 10-80wt% elastomer selected from an ethylene-alkyl acrylate group elastomer, an alkyl acrylate group elastomer and an alcoxyalkyl acrylate group elastomer and 90-20wt% polyamide resin so that a weight ratio to the sum of these two compositions is kept within a range of 0.70-0.93. The mixture of the resin mixture and ferromagnetic powder is rolled while specifying a temperature by using a single spindle screw type extruder, thus manufacturing a sheet. Accordingly, a composition, which combines the flexibility and shock resistance of a rubber magnet and the solvent resistance and heat resistance of a plastic magnet and has excellent workability, is acquired. |
