PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of assembling process and thereby to narrow the magnetic gap by providing a positioning part which determines the relative positions of a frame and a top plate. CONSTITUTION:A projection 1a is formed on the frame 1 to be meshed with the top plate 8. The projection 1 is made to function as a positioning part, and, by meshing with it, the relative positioning between the frame 1 and the top plate 8 is determined. By meshing a magnetic cuircuit gauge 7b with a pole yoke 10, the relative positioning between a jig, the magnetic gap, and the frame 1 is determined. Also, by meshing a voice coil 4 with a voice coil gauge 7a, the relative positioning between the voice coil 4, the magnetic gap, and the frame 1 is determined. Consequently, the voice coil 4 and the magnetic gap are maintained in a relation not to be in contact to each other. After the above processes are executed, adhesives 5a, 5b, and 5c are used to bond a cone assembly. |
