PURPOSE:To attain television viewing even during driving on safety by applying the video reproducing processing with an analog video signal regardless of presence of a drive detection signal when a command of a reproduction command generating means by manual operation is generated while a vehicle is driven. CONSTITUTION:When a non-lock type switch 8 is turned on by the depression of a driver, a level of a control input terminal of a switch circuit 3 is at a low level even when a signal from a drive detection circuit 5 with a high level exists, resulting that this is equal when no drive detection signal exists. As a result, an antenna reception signal is given to a TV tuner 1 and a video amplifier circuit 2 from the switching circuit 3 even during the driving, a video signal is outputted selectively and a television broadcast is reproduced on a CRT 6 via a CRT drive circuit 7.
