PURPOSE:To reduce man-hours for welding and improve the reliability of welded section by forming the multi-tube type one-through heat exchanger by only longitudinal welding. CONSTITUTION:The multi-tube type one-through heat exchanger 1 is made by a method wherein one metallic plate, printed with a multi-tube and one-through type circuit, and the other metallic plate, processed by the same treatment, are rolled into one sheet of metallic plate by employing contact bonding preventing agent, thereafter, the multi-tube one-through type circuit is formed by inflating them by high-pressure air, is rolled into a roll shape and is connected by longitudinal welding. One metallic plate is formed to an inner cylinder 2 and the other metallic plate is formed to an outer cylinder 3. The man-hour for welding may be reduced remarkably compared with a constitution consisting of first and second headers as well as a plurality of water tubes and the reliability of the welded section may be improved while combustion gas will never leak to the outside of the device, the temperature of the metallic plates may be reduced by the conduction of heat to water tube section and the resistance of the metallic plates to heat may be improved since the metallic plate is connecting each of the water tube sections. |
