PURPOSE:To attain ease of adjustment by forming a recording thin film magnetic head group and a reproducing thin film magnetic head group at a position opposed together at the base. CONSTITUTION:Since the relation of position between a recording head group 2a and a reproducing head group 6b and between the recording head group 2b and a reproducing head group 6b is decided respectively by patterns in forming each thin film head group, the adjustment for mounting is very easier than that of a conventional thin film magnetic head. Further, in executing recording the recording head group 2a, since the reproducing head group 6b scans onto the magnetic head 5 with a delay from the recording head group 2a, the reproduction just after recording, that is, monitoring is attained. |
