<p>PURPOSE:To capture scattered dust at the gas downstream side of the electrode being hammered, by providing an auxiliary dust collecting path which moves by following up the hammering division in cooperation with a hammering device. CONSTITUTION:A movable auxiliary dust collector 6 is provided in the gas downstream of a dust collecting electrode 2. Three auxiliary dust collecting electrodes 5 shorter than the dust collecting electrode 2 in the gas flow direction are provided at equal intervals, and auxiliary discharge electrodes 4 are provided by a proper number of pieces among said auxiliary dust collecting electrodes 5. The movable auxiliary dust collector 6 is movable in the vertical direction (up and down direction in the drawing) of the dust collecting electrode 2, and it is moved by driving a moving device 61. The dust captured in the movable auxiliary dust collector 6 is removed by a pocket 7 provided on one side of a casing 8. The movable auxiliary dust collector 6 is moved by the moving device 61 to follow the dust collecting electrode 2 so that it may be always situated at the downstream side of the dust collecting electrode being hammered because the dust collecting electrode 2 is sequentially hammered once in specified timer interval or in each division by means of a hammering device 3.</p> |
