PURPOSE:To increase the differential limiting force by providing a piston which moves against the pressure of a fluid passing an orifice and returns as the thrusting force is interrupted. CONSTITUTION:An annular member 15 with a fluid actuator 13 is placed between a differential gear case 1 and a spacer 3. The fluid actuator 13 is equipped with a plunger 17 in which a piston 25 repeats to exert and break thrusting force by reciprocal sliding movement caused by a cam 11 which rotates in couple with a side gear 9. In this constitution, because the cam 11 makes the piston 25 to repeat exerting and breaking of thrusting force in accordance with the differential movement, the differential limiting force is increased in such a case as one wheel idles, and ease of driving on rough roads is improved.
