PURPOSE:To attain always stable paper feeding by providing a slip paper feeding base tilting means so as to tilt the slip paper feed base so as to make the upper face of slip flat in response to an output of a phase feed face detector. CONSTITUTION:Paper feed face detectors 15A, 15B detect the contact pressure on the upper face of the slip 7 and outputs the result to a control section 16. The control section 16 uses a comparator to compare inputted signals and controls the supply current to solenoids 13A, 13B so that the difference in the both signals is lost. That is, a force of rods 14A, 14B depressing a member 10 differs depending on the current difference fed to the solenoids 13A, 13B and then the member 10 is tilted around a fulcrum 12. When the member 10 is tilted, the slip paper feeding base 6 fixed thereto, the upper face of the loaded slip 7 is tilted to change contact pressure difference detected by the paper feeding face detectors 15A, 15B. The tilt of the upper face of the slip 7 is adjusted by using a feedback control in this way so that the detected output difference between the detectors 15A and 15b is almost zero.
